Guided Oryx Hunting in New Mexico
on White Sands Missile Base

Kirk with monster cow at the end of a guided hunt on White Sands Missile Base New MexicoIn the late 1960’s the US government introduced oryx or gemsbok to the White Sands Missile Range, since that time they have flourished on the base and the state now offers limited tags as well as access to the base for these hunts. All oryx hunts on White Sands Missile Base are once in a lifetime hunts, once you draw you’re permit you can never apply on the base to hunt again. The hunts are limited to only two days on the assigned section of the base. A number of years back the base decided to allow a very special permit to let licensed outfitters and guide hunts here to help hunters achieve success on this great once in a lifetime hunt. We are very happy to offer help and assistance to any and all hunters who draw tags for this great hunt on the Stallion Range, Rhodes Canyon or Red Canyon Range.

My fee’s for these hunts vary, I will meet you at the hotel of your choice, assist you with field judging and trophy selection, guide you on this great hunt for 2 full days, help with getting your meat to butchers and the head to local taxidermists. I also offer pick-ups from the Albuquerque Airport, or if you are hunting Rhodes Canyon or Small Missile Range there is also a shuttle service from El Paso, TX airport.

This is a fabulous hunt that you don’t want to miss out on, it’s my favorite hunt in New Mexico because of the unique experience hunting these animals has to offer. The odds of drawing are very Another great bull taken on a guided White Sands Missile Base oryx huntlow (1-6 to 1-8) but this hunt is worth a try. I have spent a great deal of time on the base and our experience will lead you to the trophy of your dreams. Our knowledge of the base, as well as the most valuable asset we offer our experience with field judging Oryx and ability to be the voice of reason on this hunt is why we are such a value on your hunt. We have been blessed with a 100% success rate on this hunt and we look forward to assisting you on your ONCE IN A LIFETIME hunt!
